I'd love to see Apple displace Google Maps on their iOS devices. That would be a major blow to Google and a major win for Apple and their iAd product. The more you tie maps into adverts the more personalized those adverts become. The more successful marketing campaigns. Apple can take iAds to the next level. :cool:
It would hardly affect Google that much since Apple (who writes the Maps application on iOS currently even though it uses Google services) doesn't really use any of the Maps services that Google uses to generate revenue. If Apple included Google Places, I would understand your argument. As it is, Apple provides such a basic set of maps features that Google really will not lose anything if Apple switches providers (or becomes the provider).

Hey, I'm trying to generate a sound that will match something from a song my band is covering. I have the sound set up just right except I need the it to oscillate faster. I want it to be at oscillating at about 178 bpm but I can't figure how to get it to work.

I have always been curious as to how automator works, but have never really had a need to use it until now. What I would like to accomplish is to setup a workflow where as soon as a file gets put into a folder (music, photos, movies, etc) the automator would then automatically connect to my WDTV Live Hub and send the files.
Is this possible and if so, would anyone be willing to offer some assistance?

My first computer had a tape drive. A Commodore Vic 20. I wonder how long a cassette tape needs to be to hold a TB not to mention a PB?
Depends if you use "Turbo Loader" or anything similar or not ... How long would it take to rewind a tape like that?

As a result, Apple's iOS reaches 16.2% of the 234 million mobile platform users in the United States, with Android registering at 10.2% with 23.8 million users.
But perhaps most notably, comScore finds that there is not a tremendous amount of overlap in users, with only 10.5% of iOS users accessing the system from multiple devices such as an iPhone and iPad or iPhone and iPod touch.

I don't think that they should include the ipod touch. There is no android equivalent. iOS has been out longer too, they will have previous market saturation (android released october 2008 more than a year after iOS). We need to look at the growth numbers.

Two GT120s will be able to drive up to four displays (2xDVI and 2xmDP). eBay (http://shop.ebay.com/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p5197.m570.l1313&_nkw=NVIDIA+GT120&_sacat=See-All-Categories) is the best source for GT120s at the moment, they go for around 100 bucks.
